Inmate cant be executed humanely because of prison food?

A death row inmate in Ohio blames the prison food for being a large contributor in his obesity which may cause problems in his execution. The man appeal claims that his obesity will make it difficult for the execution team to find a viable vein for injection. He is scheduled to die after he killed 2 students from Akron University.
